Mona-Lize is the Owner and Founder of Metanoia Transformation Dubai, Metanoia Healing Online and Metanoia Transformation South Africa.  After moving to Dubai, she was able to pursue her true passion, which is helping and transforming people’s lives, holistically.  She has a degree in Conventional Psychology, but decided that she preferred the holistic approach to helping people in order to ensure that the root cause was resolved instead of only symptoms being.

She has various diplomas and qualifications in Energy Therapy and Holistic modalities, such as Meridian Psychotherapy, EFT and Kinesiology.  She has an absolute passion for helping people, and literally cannot wait to meet you.
